dnt mind my previous post. i just hadda let it off my chest.

what did i actually do on thurs??

TRUST ME. IT BECAME PRETTY BORING.

i went to doha on thurs.. went to jasz's hse.. then like 10 mins later we went to the Thai Restaurant for breakfast.

i ate.. Chicken Noodles, Siu Mai and SaoPao <3>

the mummyS were like in a shopping mood, they decided to go to Hyatt Plaza. jasz wanted to go home, but i was like lets go to Villagio!!! her mum dropped us of at Villagio, on the way to Hyatt. we werent in a shopping mood, yeah coz first we din have any money to buy clothes and most of the clothes are like.. yucky icky.

so as we explored the first half of villagio, yes, we din know the other half of villagio's open. so anyways, we went to Starbucks. there, i met the Lambros'. their daughter's so cute. coz i said hi to her and then shes like " ure eating choclate cake!" soo cute!!!

i was wearing skirt and shirt. then this arabic teenager. he lookd 16. but he is RATHER LARGE. he kept checking out my legs. it was crreepy. so as soon as we finished our brownies, we left.

we got soo bored. we talkd about everything. and so im like lets go for a walk. and we found ourselves on the other side of villagio. OMG... theres so many shops. theres gonna be the retail shop, H&M. gonna open in March. MnG's open and so many other shops!!! Villagio is a FASHION HOUSE, i tell u. both of us went overexcited about everything, if there was a person watching alll those surveillance camera, i bet hes gonna laugh coz we were like NOOBLETS.

then after that,we were back bored again. do u know that i have this "thing" for salesguys in the clothes shop? theyre so attractive. especially the one in Bershka. is it one of their strategy to attract girls to buy the clothes there? and the acessories shop guy, hes so hot. and the pimkie dude. crreepy, but hot

so, thursday was FUN.

Yesterday, jasz and her mum, christie and her family came to Al Khor. and the mummys' cooked. YUMMY FOOD.

we had laksa, mee jawa, soup, rice with salted eggs. YUMM. i miss salted eggs. erm.. pickled spinach or smt. I LIKE. and some other things. i forgot. there was too mny. oh ya BBQed stuff. =d

jasz and i stayed at my house first.. then after that we walkd a long way to the rasgas area. we were hungry and exhausted =( as soon as we came, aunty ping was just unpacking the bucket of kfc they bought. so i was like ill just take some fries while waiting for the other food to be served

i was terribly hungry. i kept buggin the 3 aunties, including my mum.

my most used phrase of the day " CAN WE EAT NOW?"

its Malaysian cuisine. when else can i eat msian cuisine. as if my mum knows how to cook them, she coould only cook western and chinese cuisine and those icky salads. malay cuisine is like. YUMM. though theyre abit saucy and spicy.

i ate LOADS of stuff. after we ate, christie, esther, me, jasz, and millie walkd back to my house to chnge to our sports attire and we went to.. dakhira =D

so blablabla we playd sports.

and...=D omg omg. my dad pickd us up from home coz we were supposed to go back to eat again for dinner. WHOAA SOOOO DELICIOUS. lol eventhough its thesame food as lunch, but u know theres so many other food to eat, u just hafta eat what u din eat for lunch. LOL

Half Term Break

omg. its the half term break! so sad, im just excited over a 4 day holiday.

but hey, im being grateful here, its the only time where sch's outta my mind, not including the buggin homeworks we have. once sch reopens, ive got MAJOR CATCH UP TO DO!!! mr noone hasnt finishd the whole chapter yet. so yeah, i think i need to do some bits myself.

i shall stop procrastinating in 4 days time. or ill be dead for my Modular Exams coming on the 12th of March.

im sitting in a weird position, maybe thats why im havin this stupid lil thing bugging me.

mrs miles came over to my house for piano lessons...

i enjoyd the lesson =D right so like after the lesson, she had a little chat with my mum. she told her that i filld up the last slot in her schedule. coz according to her its a shame if i didnt continue my grades.

im not regretting it coz she said that if u have like grade 8, and when u apply for university, having grade 8 shows that ure commited to what u do. because getting a grade 8 isnt easy.
ive been playing piano since 8 yrs old and im in grade 5 now, and ive still got 3 more grades. see, how long it takes me in order to get a grade 5. but if i was in trinity board, i wouldve been a grade 6. stupid ABRSM requires grade 5 theory. so now im back to doing the grade 5. never did grade 5 anyways(A) omg getting abit show off here.

being commited is one of the personality u need to have when ure in the university. so im guessing, that if i show my grade 8 certificate......its easier for me to get into a uni =D

so my mum asked me justnow.

church was like at 9 am. so i had to wake up at 7, since my family and i have to drive all the way down to Doha.

the mass was pretty gd, but i really din like the church's environment. i mean cmon its church, keep quiet!! some ppl were coughing and sniffing and kids were laughing. i got so pissed. but then again, its not my problem, so i wont make it mine.

we had breakfast at Johnny Rockets, at like 10 oclock. ggrrr, i havent got a soft spot for american food, except french fries, which prob isnt american, and onion rings and those fast food stuff. but really, those burgers with large patty of beef or chicken or pork... i find it sick. well, i know im not a big fan of hamburgers. theres smt abt it, i just really dont like.

so then we went to Family Food Centre to buy groceries. i bought myself the March issue of cosmogirl. i learn new lipgloss tricks everymonth! =P i know how to make my lips look pinky beige. pretty colour. retro (h)

as soon as i got back from doha, i went straight ahead into my room and slept. SOO EXHAUSTED ok right now im getting sleepy, shud i go to the gym today? *yawns* i really dont feel like it. but hack, i ate like a whole box of onion rings in johnny rockets.

i slept at abt 9:30 pm last night. i was so damn exhausted ive never felt that way. i woke up at like 6 this morning. then im like "ceh, its still early, im going back to sleep"

in the end, i woke up at like 11:30am

i feel so fresh, so nice...!!

then i had crepes for bfast. and i was forced to take a shower because we had to go to Amalina's hse.

it was my family, nadia's family and amalina's family of course

the food was soo delicious! her mum made Laksa Sarawak, Ayam Masak Merah, Nasi smt.but its yellow in colour, and grilled chicken wings

YUMZ. i went to the table for like 8 times to take some food. i took bit by bit u know so u understand why i have to go there many times (A)

amalina's bro was talking to me in Bahasa Sarawak. wah hes sooo gd at it. well duh theyre malays. but cmon, its sooo gd! hes just 7 and he speaks like a pro. so is amalina and her sis.

they spoke to me in bahasa srwk and sometimes i reply back with my KL slang. =( then i tried talking in bahasa srwk, i just couldnt do it, then indo just sometimes pop up. everytime we said an indo word we go like " darn, its all because of having indos in sch, when theyre all arnd u, u just get used to their language"

im so exhausted!

i did loads of work in school today. we had PSE first. and that really messed up my mood for the day.

u know how boring pse is.. its just boring when the teacher's just absolutely CRAP. well today mr sheperd was doin a cover lesson for ms pattison. his class was fun. but then we had to DRAW this stupid "plate" consisting a balance diet.

i mean, why out of all things u make the brain work soo unnecessarily early in the morning. i thought PSE was all about sharing, and telling stuffs, where everyone gets involved? its gone wrong now, we've been doing LOADS OF WRITING and some stupid homework last week, about smoking.

LIKE DUH WE KNOW ALREADY ALRIGHT, enough from what we learned in science.

then we had english. and we learnt persuasive words and its definitions. and played bingo?

i swear, i really din know what was going on, i just gave up for like the last 5 numbers. i got everything mixed up.

so it was break. and the usuall stuffs happened

then erm.. science. =S once again i was lost. well first i was like ok im concentrating. so then mr davies told us to like write some notes on Nuclear Radiation.

for like 20 minutes, i was just sitting down, with the book open, doing nothing, but just seeing my friends work, but i did draw like 2 sentences. i thought i was finished.

seriously what is wrong with myself.

it was media. FINALLY i was back on track. infact, i did the whole comic thingy all over again. and now, all i have to do is just write about advertisement stuffs. which i could do at home.

i was so tired i guess.... then to make the day even better, after sch i had my lunch and stuff. so i wanted to go to the saloon to get a haircut. and my mum couldnt send me because the stupid emco was in my hse fixing the water heater. so i had to walk all the way to the other side of the huge effin community.

first im like im gd im ok. but then i got lost. i forgot where the saloon was. i really didnt know where i was at that time. like completely blank. thank god they put up the saloon sign, otherwise i think id be roaming abt for ages!

then i had to walk back, coz mum couldnt pick me up coz the home center ppl came to deliver the table.

yes, i had to walk a long journey just for this dead looking hair of mine.

how tiring is that.

then it was time for kickboxing. thank god my mum could make it this time.

overall it was an ok lesson, minus the weights thingy. SO HEAVY. but i did well. =D and she kept telling me that ive improved. well yeaaa i did =D i could ran faster than charli now. and regina was like saying im so fit now that i run so fast in PE. im very proud of you, rachel. *self-recognition goin on here ppl*

Valentines Day

the day has finallly come.

What is Valentines Day?

most people say its about LOVE. well to me, Valentines Day is about sharing, giving and forgiving.where friends get together and have fun, where couples show their appreciation for one another, where families reconcile. thats what valentines day means to me.

my first Valentines Day in Qatar.. well i had my first valentines day in AKIS. but i was the "new kid" back then, so yeah it wasnt the same as this yr.

first thing in the morning... i gave my cookies to the girls while waiting for school gate to open =D some of them said it was hard as rock, same comment my mum gave me, and some said its gd! well i guess.. if u eat the "x" shaped cookies, they were abit tough to bite but if u were the ones who ate the heart shaped cookies or the "o" shaped cookies, they were fine ;)

minutes later, we went to our locker to keep our bags. and PFFT. we received this prank letter thingy. i wonder who did it. i couldnt be bothered to read whats on the piece of "shit". hahaha then after break, someone, sadiqi is his name, stuck a love note in front of my locker and said its from Sabri. so i was like.. i needa get back at him but anyways

and no, i did not do any pranks.

it all started like this..

we had maths for the fourth lesson....

as usual we did some work, mr rogers explained some stuffs. so when it was time to do our work, it was absolute silence.

bobby and sadiqi were being major ASSHOLES. they kept throwing piece of blank paper to me. so while i was doing some "gradient" equations, i saw the blank piece of paper.. and im like PAPER.. hmm

soo i suddenly said this out loud

me: OH MY A NOTE!
me: it says.. DEAR RACHEL, WILL U BE MY VALENTINE?
me: FROM, SADIQI

and everyone LAUGHED! and teased sadiqi. and he was all pissed he kept pointing that it was bobby who did it.
mr rogers got off his seat and was like thats it class, lets go on with maths.

so after that in science, sadiqi was like STOP TRYING TO PISS ME OFF. he looked pissed but WHO CARES.

i just finished making icing on the valentines cookies! =D it looks abit messed up coz well u know me, im not good in art... =( so i always find the easy way out, and sometimes it turns out nice, sometimes it turns into a disaster.so anyways...

i just got home from Doha an hr ago. went to Villagio and Landmark with charli.
main aim was: to SHOP.

first we went to Villagio.

1st stop: PIMKIE.

the clothes were PRETTY. and all the stuffs, were like at 70% off! what a shame, they were too long for me. BUT. the salesguy. (yes salesguy ppl, they aint much salesgirl here, u know the middle east..) he was like... overly friendly. and he told us where he was from, and asked us where we were from. and he whispered to us abt their new collection *winks* thats why we left the shop. we're goin for the new collection. boohoo canadian dude. till we meet again.

2nd stop: BERSHKA <3

walked over to bershka. had sale as well. but this time it was rather dissapointing. the tshirts were like... ewh.....
but this tank top caught my eye. and i went to the fitting room to try it. and and =( i couldnt figure out how to use it coz it was a crossover spaghetti string. it went all wrong. so i told charli to wear it for me. it looked gd on her, then i told her to mark the crossover part, so that i could try it myself. SIGHS but then... sighs. it looked great, but it wasnt ALL THAT. roamed abt in bershka for like half an hr, but din get anything..

3rd stop: Cool Cat

i got nth nice to say abt it. except for.. EXPENSIVE, BORING, UGLY, AND YUCKY.

4th stop: "accesorie shop" dunt know the name of it

i heart the salesguy. SO EFFIN HOT. he said hi! =d well ya, saying hi is a part of his job. but who cares. me like ppl saying hi to him. when i first step into the shop the earings. love earings. WAHH so nice. chunky and big and classy. walked arnd looking for headbands. but NOPE. it aint there. SOOO CANTIK!i wanna go in there again. the salesguy, i wanna have him can i? :P ahh his hair. DARN MAN.

5th stop: Carrefour

we went to carrefour coz i actually needed to buy lotion but i forgot abt it, and charli wanted to buy this maybeline lip balm. thank u very much charli, because of u going to that maybeline booth, that guy saw me. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR. we were like arnd the hair products aisle and the skincare aisle.. so while i was searching for my hair mask, i heard him speakin in tagalog with the other salesgirl.. guessing what my age was.

YES PPL i understand tagalog. mostly if boys talk abt girls, coz i watch philipino "love" dramas. he was arnd like 18 yrs old i think.. and looked as if he was there as a temporary worker. so i was at this aisle.. near the toothbrushes.. walkin arnd.. he suddenly said hi. so i said hi and then i had to follow charli to the cashier. and as me and charli walked to the furthest counter, HE WAS STILL THERE.

i got so panicked i just walkd outta carrefour, straight into that french acesorie shop. Reservoir Naturellle or smt who cares. and from the other entrance of it, i went out straight into body shop. IT WAS SCARY. i walked faster, turned back and he walked faster. i nearly cried, charli was like... tellin me to calm down.

6th stop: Pull And Bear (landmark)

checked out the clothes.. was on sale too... first i din really wanna buy smt coz nth was nice. and charli went on to check out clothes. but yet she din buy any either.. so we walked out... and then..

7th stop: Monsoon

was on sale. tried looking for headbands. NONE of the collection was like the ones in CC. so.. tough.. we went out to eat.. i ate regular fries and cocacola, and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and erm.. 5 pieces of mini cinnabons.
sounds like a pig..

so then right, there was this arabic guy sitting at the table next to us at the foodcourt

charli thought her double cheeseburger is a ripoff. coz she couldnt find any pickles or ketchup on the burger. so she kinda slammed the burger on the tray. and the arabic guy saw me telling her to send it back to MCD. and so she did. ahahahaahaha. then right.. suddenly i saw her bringing back the burger wrapped "unproperly" so i asked

me: they din accept the burger?
charli: NO, the pickles and all were just under the cheese
me: HAHAHAHAAHHAAH but how do they know?
charli: THE MANAGER. came and flip the burger.
me: OMG *laughs*

and we kept eating.. and then we suddenly realised that this arabic guy was listening and looking at us. so i was like telling charli

and so we left.. and we went down to the starbucks area.. and hahahah moments later, HE LEFT!!!! =D

8th & 9th stop: Zara and Jennyfer Secret

hahaha the zara salesgirl was like NICE TOP.. from zara ey. hahahaha she remembers the clothes! i mean how cool is that. an ahh i heart the zara salesguy SO HOT
went into jennyfer's secret. EWW MAN. the bras are like YUCK. trust me u ppl in malaysia are so lucky to have Triumph or Sloggi or Audrey or whatever brand is there.. at least they have A CUPS. or nice bras.
unlike jennyfer's secret were most bras are like B CUPS AND C! ppl here mustve got big boobs. LOL sorry

then blabla we were bored. then we went back to pull and bear. mr akers asked me if i bought anything then i said nope i din. so i was like darn man its sale. and i havent got any shirt to buy for the month of feb. so i went in, grabbed a blue tank top. it looks nice on me. =D but im afraid i have to hide them from mum, coz she warned me that i have loads of clothes. she said she counted 10 new tshirts between the end of december till january. UH OH so ill wear them in like march. NO BIGGIE. february's short anyway.. i could wait =P

nth really happend to me today. cept for what happened in english... we were in the hall practisin our scenes and all.. when suddenly mrs baranda told the other english class to come and watch.

i was like. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO coz i hate performing in front of ppl i dont know. but well, thats why we call them audience. i got nervous, and i repeated some of my lines. HAHAHAH

but overall it was great, my team mates were fantastic! thanks u guys. -u know who u are-

mum told me that dad's gonna go to Malaysia to interview some ppl. omg. when i first heard that, i thought we were gonna move. coz my mum said this " dad might be going BACK to malaysia soon"

so, see, i was thinking of that sentence in a reverse psychology way,and to me i thought it was "dad might be working in malaysia soon"

ahah credits for jasmine for introducin the song Infatuated by Memphis Bleek. i gotta admit, it rocks my socks.

it was certainly a one of a kind BBQ function today, coz well i thought we wont be able to BBQ because of the rain...

but then dad thought of smt. so he brought the BBQ set a few metres from the entrance of the hse, u know like behind the little gate, thats the only place where it wasnt wet....

jasz and her parents came at like 12:30pm, along came Uncle Simon and his family, and then Christie's family. all 3 aunties brought their own speciality dish. christie's mum brought agar-agar (jelly), currypuff ( a type of malaysian savoury), and PULUT!!!!! =D well pulut is basically rice.. cept its the glutinous rice..cooked with chinese mushroom and yumm.... soya sauce and meat.

jasz's mum brought fried kway tiau.. rice noodles fried with eggs and meat. YUMMMMYYYYYY my old time fav chinese food. then erm... she brought pulut as well.. and then i think it was stir frieed beef. and some other things.. *wink*

uncle simon's wife made DUMPLINGS. omgg original chinese dumplings! its like the ones u can get from the chinese restaurants.. usually in miri they call it dim sum. ahh so lucky.. i took like 8 of those things. TOO YUMMY.

my mum made fried vermicilli, stir fried pumpkin, mix vege, salad, and... CARROT CAKE. YUMMMMM and of course THE BBQ. i helpd my dad arrange the chicken on the bbq pit. so i shall give myself some credits for it.

after lunch, we were so bored so we went online for a lil while and jasz was like showing us how her "indian" dance for international day would be. LOL poor her, she had to do the whole asian thingy. i mean seriously jasz, why cant u do the malaysian joget instead of listening to that indian girl u were whining abt?

a while later we went to the co-op coz i needa buy credits and went off to meet andi at the skatepark. and graha was there too! =D so we had a lil talk then walkd home together with them while they were on the way to the football pitch near the EDU. centre. took some pictures then

ok right i was so bored.. so then i went thru the whole songs in my itunes playlist.

suddenly, the flashback of me being in Mr Yuen's science class back in st co occured to me.

i feel fresh. <3 a nice warm shower is all u need after an hour of hardcore kickboxing. and FOOD of course.

today's my dad's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY. i din even make him a card this year. tsk tsk tsk. oh well nevermind. and tomoro's my friend, Kristen's bday! =D

lol back home, we used to like celebrate kristen's birthday and our parents would like talk about my dad's birthday party, which was the night before Kristen was born. everytime they talk about that, they always burst out laughing and kristen usually blushes arnd the corner.

good times.. good times...

so today, it was raining. i hate the rain. oh ya, i got mad at my father just an hour ago. it was coz he picked me up like 20 mins later from the waha club when i told my sister to tell him to pick me up RIGHT NOW. i expected 5 minutes. BUT NO... 20 mins was it. so i walked home, and his car passed me. AND HE DIN EVEN SEE ME. so i walked under the drizzlin rain and as soon as i reached home, he just arrived and i did the thumbs up to him. HE KNOWS HE WAS LATE. now. he owes me goodies from baskin robbins =) ice cream pays it all...

yay! tomoro jasz's coming over... WEEHHEEEEEEE pretty picturos. AND CHRISTIE'S COMING! its been ages since i last saw her. the last time i saw her was during the Exxonmobile Tennis Tournament thingy.. cant wait! BBQ some more. YUMMY.
